6.4 magnitude earthquake strikes off the north east coast of Japan near the main Japanese island of Honshu. At least one report says that buildings shook in Tokyo from the quake. No tsunami warning has been issued. @bbbbbb666b Well, I'm monitoring earthquakes and there was a quite long time last month without any mag. 4+ Since the last two weeks there is increasing activity with a lot of quakes (around 30 per day) over mag. 4 and around 2 and more over mag. 5 per day. This isn't such bad news. Only the silence is dangerous :)
