The March 11th 2011 Earthquake. Started filming some seconds before the actual shaking, because of the Warning system that detects the P wave. Sadly that program does not live-update the expected intensity (or did not, back then). The EEW system continuously updates the expected intensity as more data streams in. I hope it has been fixed. The program I use does update the intensity - you sometimes see it predict a tiny quake, then increase the predicted intensity as more data is available.
