Throughout the video, the chef makes seafood comprising of prime ingredients. On the iron griddle, crab, scallops and lobster are pan-fried on a course-by-course basis. Once the seafood are ready to be served, the chef will serve them with tantalizing vegetables that complement the seafood flavors. TEPPENYAKI is a style of Japanese cooking that utilizes the iron griddle to cook food. The word teppanyaki is derived from teppan (鉄板), which means iron plate, and yaki (焼き), which means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried.
