Hallo Shiso. Interessant anzusehen, wie das zubereitet wird. Für mich eine ungewohnte Küche. Ein paar Sachen hätte ich auch probiert, aber ich glaube da war für mich zu viel unbekanntes dabei. ;o) Daumen hoch ! Gruß Andreas :o)

I have also heard a name of this legendary restaurant.
I think you had a wonderful moment eating excellent Sushi dishes
and rare brilliant experience.
It would have been so meaningful and cultural.
Some dishes seem to be the ones by Kitaohji Rosanjin(北大路魯山人)especially
at 1:32.
